Waters Corp Sep-Pak Accell Plus QMA Carbonate Plus Light Cartridge, 46 mg Sorbent per Cartridge, 40 µm, 50/pk
Sep-Pak Accell Plus QMA Carbonate Plus Light cartridges contain a silica-based, hydrophilic, strong anion-exchanger with a large pore size (300Å) and a carbonate counter-ion. These cartridges are used for extraction of anionic analytes in aqueous and non-aqueous solutions when the chloride counter-ion in the standard Sep-Pak Accell Plus QMA cartridges interferes with the analysis. These Light-style cartridges have a distinctive finned outer body and a reduced internal diameter, which results in an interstitial volume about one-third that of the corresponding Plus-style cartridge. This design allows you to elute fractions in a minimal volume to improve recoveries and reduce solvent consumption, a benefit especially for applications where samples are limited or where excessive dilution is a concern.

The Oasis MCX cartridges for Symbiosis/Prospekt-2 systems are designed for rugged, reproducible, and ultra-fast on-line SPE in the Spark Holland Symbiosis and Prospekt-2 systems. Each cartridge contains 10.4 mg of Oasis MCX, a novel, mixed-mode polymeric sorbent that has been optimized to achieve higher selectivity and sensitivity for extracting basic compounds with cation-exchange groups. Each 800-series cartridge tray contains 96 cartridges and can be directly loaded into the Automatic Cartridge Exchange (ACE) or the ACE Feeder units of the Symbiosis/Prospekt-2 systems without the stainless steel tray holder/adaptor. Since the Oasis MCX sorbent is water wettable, it maintains its capability for higher retention and excellent recoveries even if the sorbent runs dry, which means there is no need to take extraordinary steps to keep the sorbent beds from drying out during the critical steps prior to sample loading. These syringe-barrel-type cartridges are designed for use with vacuum manifolds and automated SPE instruments.

The 60 µm particle size is recommended when working with viscous samples. These syringe-barrel-type cartridges are designed for use with vacuum manifolds and automated SPE instruments.
